Agreement

By using Refpoint, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What Refpoint is

Refpoint is a personal calendar and notes application. You create pages, connect them with @mentions, and manage your own information.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Refpoint.

Your content

You own everything you create in Refpoint. We don't claim any rights to your notes, files, or other content. We only access your content to provide the service and troubleshoot issues at your request.

Acceptable use

Don't use Refpoint to:

• Store or distribute illegal content
• Harass others or violate their privacy
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Overload or interfere with the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Payment and refunds

Refpoint costs $5/month after a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we won't charge you after you cancel.

Service availability

We do our best to keep Refpoint running, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of liability

Refpoint is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use, we'll give you reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice when possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
